great staff relaxing atmosphere public transportation noisy bed blood stains

the breakfast offered many options. the staff was great AND the atmosphere was relaxing. moreover, i found public transportation easily accessible, connecting the hotel to downtown. EVERYTHING i needed was there.

the bed was noisy when i turned around during sleep. SOMETIMES i felt itchy during sleep. on two occasions i saw blood stains suggesting that something bit me.

i liked the professional staff. mohamed salah was very helpful. the rooms had basic amenities and felt clean. it was a smooth experience and i stayed two nights. location close to airport was convenient for me.

the wifi was slow. the ac dont work well. i wasnt able to control the temp. door side panel was broken . this needs looking at asap.

i did not dine much at the hotel. excellent quality of buffet breakfast was great with good choice. the hotel breakfast starts early, so you can start your day early too.

my standard double room was clean on arrival. it has basic amenities for comfortable stay. the bed was neatly made and there was clean towels. everything tidy and well organised.
